Gifts

I am a undischarged bankrupt. If my wife (non bankrupt) was to receive a monetary gift from her parents, would my trustee need to be advised and would this be considered as a windfall or factored into household income? Thank you

You are only required to disclose yuor wife’s income – not her “gifts” or other windfalls. It should not be factored into the household income.
