Canada child tax benefit and filing bankruptcy in Canada
March 10th, 2009 by Questions
When bankruptcy is filed, and income tax stuff has to be handed over; are the cctb, universal child care benefits, and the mmah – roof included in this?
Or am I still eligible to receive them?

If you file a bankruptcy in Canada you do not lose your Child Tax Benefit or Universal Child Care Benefit. I am not familiar with the MMAH-roof, I assume this is a benefit that relates to your province of residence (Ontario), so you may want to contact a local trustee to discuss that.
