bankruptcy fraud charge

A person who went through the bankrupt system and was granted a discharge 2 years ago and it was later
found that there is evedence that he left assets off the list and undervalued his land he valued his land at $300,000.00 and now listed it for 1,356,000.00
can he be charged with fraud or ivestigated and who do we go to for this advice

If a bankruptcy discharge was granted based on fraudulent information the discharge can be annulled. If you have informaiton that a fraud has taken place the best place to discuss this with will be the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.
