What if you have no assetts to offer? We do not own anything – how does that work?

If you have no assets, then no assets are lost in a bankruptcy and likely the creditors will get no recovery. So all you do is make your necessary payments in a bankruptcy and the creditors will then write the debt off as a result of the bankruptcy.
