Is a university student allowed to file for bankruptcy while still in school? Will he be allowed to complete his education while bankrupt?

A student may file bankruptcy while they continue their studies, but it may impact studebnt loan eligibility and the Court may ipose some stringent conditions on the person if the Court feels that upon graduation the student should be able to earn enough income to repay their debts.

So, go and speak to a local trustee – they should be able to tell you whether or not bankruptcy is an option for you at this time.
