Tax return used to pay tuition fee
I am a student who used my tax return to pay for my tuition fee. Now I have to go into bankruptcy. Will my trustee still ask me to return the tax refund to him?

It is very possible that you will have to repay the money into the bankruptcy estate. By paying for the loan on the eve of bankruptcy essentially you have organized your finances in a fashion that is detrimental to he creditors and benefits you.
