my truck

i really need my truck for work it may be worth more than the max value can i sell it and lease back before i enter bankruptcy

This may or may not be necessary depending on whether there is any financing on the truck. What you need to do is to sit down with a local trustee, make sure to bring information like who owns the truck, presence of any financing, amount of the loan against the vehicle, estimated re-sale value of the vehicle etc. Once this information is provided the trustee will be able to tell you very quickly what the best direction to go is.
