Hydro, Union Gas, etc.

I am in the process of filing for Bankruptcy. I owe money to Hydro, Union Gas and 1 parking ticket along with debts to credit card companies and banks. Will the bills due to Hydro, Union Gas and Parking Tickets be discharged? Will I get disconnected by Hydro and Union Gas? Thanks.

If you include utility accounts on your list of creditors when you file then the utilites have the right to discontinue service until you provide a security deposit. In my experience the security deposit is generally equal to about two times what you owed them…

Parking tickets are not dischargeable by bankruptcy – you still have to pay them.
