Furniture has been paid in full in previous years
If there is furniture that has been already paid for in full in prior years before filing for bankruptcy, will these items still need to be included when filing for bankruptcy?

You will not have any problems as long as the re-sale value of the property is less than the provincial exemption limit for household furnishings. In BC the limit is $4,000, but remember this is not replacement value but liquidation or auction value.
