Creditors Meeting

My husband and I are in the process of filing for bankruptcy and our trustee has advised that we could be called into a creditors meeting or a meeting with the superintendent of bankruptcy. What should I expect from these meetings. We already feel horrible enough and I fear that we will be put through a torture session of questions.

You need to discuss the details of these meetings with your trustee. But rest assured they aren’t very common and they are held in a business like manner.
