Bankruptcy and the Child Tax Benefit

Once I have filed for bankruptcy and CRA debt has been included due to a reassessment and part of that included money owing to Canada Child Tax Benefit, will I resume normal child tax benefit payments?

Yes, after bankruptcy and the proper filing of tax returns your CTB will return to normal. A bankruptcy really won’t impact your CTB at all.
