If i file bankruptcy i hear all tax returns are seized, does this include child tax credit cheques and gst cheques, and does filing corporate bankruptcy effect any of this al well

If you file for bankruptcy you are right, all tax returns for the year of bankruptcy and any year previous are lost. This also includes GST cheques, but not Child Tax Benefit.

As for a corporate bankruptcy, this does change things significantly, but to discuss the ramifications of a corporate bankruptcy you will need to contact a local trustee.
