went bankrupt in 2002 paid some of the monthy fees then stopped paying does it get stat bard

There is no statute of limitations or expiry date on a bankruptcy. Once you file you remain bankrupt until you perform all of your duties and the Court discharges (releases) you from the process.

I suggest you contact the trustee that handled you bankruptcy and ask them what you need to do in order to complete you bankruptcy – then you do it and apply to the Court for your discharge. There’s no short cut – you literally need to finish what you started…
