meeting with a trustee

What should one bring to the first meeting with a trustee. I am planning on making a meeting for a consultation to discuss either a consumer proposal or bankruptcy.

It is best to bring the following:

1. A list of your debts;

2. A list of your major assets (i.e. house, car etc.) and estimated value;

3. A quick monthly budget (what you make and what you spend).

4. Any additional questions you may have.

This will allow the trustee to explain how both a bankruptcy or a consumer proposal will imact your situation.
