icbc fines
i have a substantial fine from icbc it is not a claim against me but if i declaired bankruptcy would that affect the fine would i still have to pay it

You can claim bankruptcy on amounts outstanding from ICBC. The problem is they often have the ability to with hold a license if you do not arrange to pay the amounts back, even if you file a bankruptcy. The circumstances surrounding this are fairly specific so you are best to contact a local trustee to ensure that this is the case.
