I need advice, I`m lost

I started a home theatre installation last year, I got a van from Dodge, I`m paying 430$ lease. The lease was made under the company name as myself as the signee authority. I have a credit card with the business. The credit card has both my company name and my name on it. It is a business card. I invested 30k of my personal savings in the business.

I am getting separated and went to the car dealer to try to end the lease and they wanted to charge 9000 dollars. The businnes is completely out of money and so I can`t affort to pay it.

As the director of the limited company, do I have to assume all the debts of the business or can I file bankrupcy againts the debts of the business? Please note that the business owes ME 30K $ as well.
