Additional information
In your recent detailing of questions a former gambler will be asked during a bankruptcy discharge hearing, you said that depending on the answers given, `the Court may look for additional information…`. Can you please explain what this information could entail?
Thanks.

This is a very difficult question to speculate about. Essentially the court can look into anything they want. They can investigate the nature of your transactions, they can examine you under oath, they can order a bankruptcy continues longer, they can require you to attend a gamblers help group, they can require you to do just about anything they want. So really it is dependent on the judge and the specifics of your situation. The best person to discuss this with would be your trustee.
