Filing for bankruptcy abroad — and immigration

If my husband files for bankruptcy in Germany will this hinder the chances of immigration? I would be sponsoring him and have no ties to the bankruptcy in question.

I think you should contact some one at Immigration Canada and ask them your question. As a trustee, I’m not qualified to comment on immigration law.
