Bankruptcy – Who can find out?
October 12th, 2008 by Questions
Can anyone go through the process of investigating and finding out whether a Canadian citizen has declared bankruptcy?
If so how does one go about this…what is the process.

Yes, a bankruptcy is a matter of public record. This record is kept by the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and any one can contact them and search this registry. There is a cost to do this search, but it is definitely possible.
