R9 and car loan

after the 6 years does the R9 get removed and once removed if I apply for a car loan etc do I simply say I declared in year xxxx and does it ever get totally removed ?

You are correct, the Credit Bureau will remove the R9 6 years from the date you are discharged from bankruptcy.

However, if you apply for a car loan the only time you have to disclose a previous bankruptcy is if asked. So whether this is verbally or on their application form.
