banking decisions
You have advised people to open a new account with a different bank prior to filing to avoid getting your funds seized (even a pension deposit) due to your banks `right to offset`. I have a credit card, line of credit and a mortgage with this bank. I do want to continue with my mortgage payments to keep my home.

You are right. If you want to retain the house the mortgage payments will need to be made, but that doesn’t mean that you have to keep your account at this bank. You should still open a new account with an institution you do not owe money to and arrange for the mortgage payment to be taken out of this new account.
