Filing Bankruptcy and having a roomate

If i was to file bankruptcy and i lived with a friend, who is a room mate. Would i have to disclose his income as well, even though he is just a room mate?

As long as it is just a room mate and there is no common law relationship then you would need to disclose their income or expenses, only what you pay.
