You seem like a very good organization, but before someone is to come to you, could you please help with any referrals to a `Confidential Bankruptcy Lawyer` first, who could take care of some general legal questions, before a bankruptcy filing is even entertained? Unfortunately, we cannot provide such a referral. I suggest you use the links to contact a trustee in your area and ask them for the name of a lcoal insolvency lawyer. Alternatively you may contact the law society and ask them for a list of insolvency lawyers in your area.
