Will I be able to include one or both of my student loans when filing for bankruptcy

I have 2 student loans. My first student loan is with Canada/Ontario and my second is with Quebec. It has been 10 years since my first and 4 years since my second. There was a 3 year period in between the finishing of the first and starting of the second degree. Will I be able to include one or both of these loans when filing for bankruptcy this year?

You won’t be able to include either of these if you file a bankruptcy or a consumer proposal. The way the legislation reads is that you must have been out of school for 7 years or greater and it looks at the last date you attended school. So for any of these to be released you would have to wait for another 3 years before you file.
