Can I travel if I am in the process of filing a bankruptcy?

Please advice if I can travel for short period of time, like going to Buffalo, New york and come back the same day.

There are no restrictions on travel for someone who has filed a bankruptcy. The only suggestion I have is if the trip is going to be over a prolonged period then you are best to advise your trustee’s office in advance.
