being discharged

Nine months have just passed. When and how will I know if I have been discharged from my bankruptcy? I did not receive any opposition notices directly from creditors, would they have been sent to the trustee? And if i have to go to court, when will I know? Thank you

If you haven’t received any opposition notice, you could very easily have already been discharged. If there are any opposition notices they would have been sent to the trustee, but the trustee would have notified you of the court date. At this stage the best thing to do is to simply contact your trustee’s office to see where things stand.
