I have a savings account for my 2 year old daughter that has my name and hers on it, will that be touched if I file bankruptcy?

Your daughter’s account should not be affected, but to be safe, I would arrange for the name on the account to be changed to “Parent in trust for daughter” (inserting your name for parent and your daughter’s for daughter).
