2 monthes letft to be 10 years

Hi,
only 2 monthes left for my student loan to reach the 10 year period but I am laid of my job(currently on EI benefit) and the collection officer couldn`t stope asking me for more money on tope of what I am giving them what I can evry month.

I am so stressed and sleepless not stable emotionaly(taking anti-depressent pills)
Can I apply for bancrupcy now or do I have to wait for two monthes more?
Please help and thank you in advance for your Valuable times in helping me. thank you

Unfortunately, unless you have been away from school for 10 years before your bankruptcy starts, the student loan may not be dischargeable. If the 10 years elapses during your or after the start of your bankruptcy you have to make an application to the Court to hav ethe student loans included in your bankruptcy.

Wait the two months…
