Will couple`s bankruptcy affect there small children
when a man goes bankrupt,and the house wife has to do the same, because she was forced to become his guarantor.

To be considered a bankrupt you have to either assign yourself into bankruptcy or you have to be petitioned into bankruptcy by a creditor. As a result if your chilren’s names don’t appear on the petition or your children have not signed the bankruptcy documens they are not considered to be bankrupt.
