Credit Line

I am debating about going into bankruptcy. I have a $40000 credit line and $7000 on visa and $5000 overdraft. I am currently going to have to have a surgery(spinal) where I will be unable to work for 2-3 months. I am currently 27, and fallen on hard times. I got laid off my jobs 2 months ago. Just wondering the best solution to do.

Unfortunately, I can’t tell you what your best solution will be from the information provded, BUT if you use the links to contact a trustee in your area i am certain they will review your situation and provide you with some options to consider. The one you pick will depend a lot on what you think the future will look like after your recovery. Good luck with the surgery and with sorting out your finances.
