Courts

hello, Discharge orders are done by courts and the length of discharge time depends on which courts you are dealing with. I heard that some times it could take forever and if so, which court is best to deal with?

There is no one court that is better to deal with as all courts tend to generally react the same. At any rate you don’t have any choice as you must deal with the bankruptcy court that serves your region. However, if you want a better idea what will happen at court given your situation you are best to discuss this with a local trustee as they will be very familiar with how the courts typically react to a wide variety of situations.
