Can i give a house ?

Before i go for a bankruptcy, can i give my house for a gift to someone. Or can i sell the house to a friend for the price that is under real price? Or can i transfer what i own under his/her name and then i dont own nothing for the house and i can declare bankruptcy without having any connections with a house?

Absolutely not. First of all being involved in this type of action would cause you to be ineligible for an automatic discharge. Your trustee would legally have to go to court, have the transaction reversed (which is easily done) and the end result is that any equity would still be available for the creditors and you will likely have penalties imposed by the court that must be fulfilled before the court will even consider granting of a discharge.
