I am separated from my ex husband but not divorced. He plans on filing for bankrupcy. Could the trustee seize some of my assets

If you own the assets you have no issue, however if you have in your possession assets that are his and exceed the provincial property guidelines then potentially. You may need to ask your ex to ask this question of his trustee.
