If you have forgotten a creditor as long as you tell your trustee about it before you are discharged from bankruptcy you shouldn`t have any need to be concerned.

However, taxes are a different issue as it is going to depend on what tax return the money is owing. As long as it is a return prior to bankruptcy simply inform your trustee and it will be cleared, but if it is a tax return that realtes to after the date of bankruptcy you cannot be cleared from it.
