do i have to submit all my credit cards even tho i have one that im happy with and able to pay.

If you file for a bankruptcy you must deliver all credit cards to your trustee.

The only way you are able to retain a credit card is it is a 3rd party credit card and you obtain written permission from the 3rd party or the bank.
