bank statments
I am in the process of filing for bankruptcy; my question is regarding the bank statements. Everyone says how the trustee and the bank reviews last three statements. My last transaction was for only $150 2 months before I will file. I did make last two payments on that loan. Because my other financial crises am not able to pay any more of all my bills, bankruptcy is my last option. So do all last three monthly statements must be paid at least the (minimum monthly payment) in order to be accepted in bankruptcy or this last transaction is going to be viewed like a fraud which was not. I’m filling next week so the last statement is going to be in default.

You are correct that the trustee and the creditors will typically examine at least 3 months history. But this doesn’t mean you will be responsible to cover or repay all transactions in that period. What is typically looked for are unusual items in an effort to uncover actions that are suspect. From the sound sof it you have no need to worry.
