There is no statutory restriction on how many times you may file, BUT it is likely your procedure will be extended significantly. The first time someone files, they are entilted to a discharge in 9 months, the seocnd time it may take two years, the third time 3 or more years…

Perhaps you should look into a proposal to your creditors instead of filing bankruptcy again.
