What debts will be wiped out?
December 5th, 2007 by Questions
Actually I have a couple of questions.
1. If I claim bankruptcy and ICBC has a judgement against me before this, are they included in the bankruptcy?
2. If I claim bankruptcy and CIBC (VISA) are owed moneys, would they be included in the bankruptcy?
I would love to tell my story regarding these matters as they both evolve from the same incident!

First question, ICBC, the debt can be cleared, but depending on the nature of the debt you may not be able to obtain a valid drivers licesnce in BC. As this can be a pretty involved area you would be best to contact a local trustee to discuss the details.
Second question, CIBC visa, this is something that would be included in and cleared by filing a bankruptcy.
