PLEASE HELP. I have no where to turn.

Hi there. I have a question regarding bankruptcy. I am almost ready to file a calim. I am about 15 – 20 thousand dollars in debt with a loan company, credit cards and a line of credit with the bank. In April of 2006 I was permanently laid off from my job and I was able to collect EI from June 2006 until March of 2007. Since March of 2007 I have not had a steady job and all my bills have added up. I am now not able to make the payments they are asking me to make. I still live at home with my grandmother, Keep in mind she is 82 years old and can’t do a lot for herself so I help her out financially. I also have an 11-year-old son that needs food and clothing. I do have a mortgage in my name however I am only entitled to 1% of what the house is worth according to the papers that the lawyer drew up. I really need help or I need a way out. Can you please help me? I am so stressed. The loan company is threatening me with wage garnishment and my credit card company has already gone to collections. I also have a Zellers card that isn’t too bad. They are working with me. Anyway. Any kind of advice would be appreciated. PLEASE HELP. I am at the end of the road
