have to go to court

hello,

I filed bankrupcy last year and now asked to go to court for hearing.
since i declared bankrupcy, i have been making imcome surplus.
Do I need a lawyer?
Who else could be at the court hearing other than truestee and registrar?

Thanks.

Kevin

At court there will be a registrar, your trustee and potentially yourself.

While it is always possible to have a lawyer, check with your trustee, see what the hearing is for and what they anticipate will take place. Depending on their answer then you will be in a better place to determine if you need council or not.
