bankruptcy & divorce, which assets will be affected?

I`m currently going through a divorce and am living in the matrimonial home with the children. My ex is no longer living with us however his name is still on the mortgage. He has filed for bankruptcy, what will happen now to the home?

This is going to depend on whee the divorce proceeding’s are at an the amount of equity in the home. There is a good possibility that if equity it may relate to your spouse and have to be realized on by his bankruptcy estate for the benefit of his creditors.
