cost of motion

I am planning to roll my almost-10-year old student loans into my almost-10-year-old bankruptcy by having a motion made to the courts to do so. How much will this cost me (ballpark)? Is it cheaper (and/or better) to go with a trustee for this or a lawyer. Is there anyone you can recommend, given that not many lawyers or trustees have made these motions?

You are best to contact your original trustee, enquire into cost and if they aren’t in a position where they are able to do this (as typically most trustee’s don’t play a major role with this type of application) they can refer you to legal council that will be familiar with this type of action.
