iam have to pay 22000 thousend to the banks and i make only 2000 a month and my payments about 1600 so can i go for bankruptcy

As long as you owe greater than $1000, can’t pay your debts as they become do and are or were a resident of Canada in the last 12 months than you are eligible to file bankrutpcy in Canada.

To do so you are best to contact a local trustee, they will review the specific nature of your situation and togheter work out the necessary arrangemmnts to deal with this outstanding debt.
