Can I go to University as an undischarged bankrupt? I’ve been awarded a partial scholarship, and I have relatives who are willing to pay the rest of my tuition. Can my creditors try to seize the scholarship money, or the funds that are paid for my tuition?

You’ve raised a cople of issues – first, you most certainly can attend school as an undischarged bankrupt. There may be some question regarding the status of your scholarship – an argument could be made that it represents a “gift or windfall” (think free money) and as such your trustee may be entitled to seize those funds for the benefit of your creditors. I don’t think that is likely, but I would go and speak to your trustee BEFORE you accept the money.
Depending on how far into your bankruptcy you are it may be prudent to delay enrolling in school until the procedure has been completed…
