I think i m going file bankruptcy and i dont wanna my employer know about this i am paying minumum payment hardly now once i file they will contact with u guys ?
or they will try to contact me or employer during process of bankruptcy 9 months?

Unless you are currently subject to a garnishee there shouldn’t be any reason for anyone to contact your employer. But to make sure that no one does you are best to contact a licensed trustee and arrange for the legal documents to be filed and sent to the collection agency as soon as possible.

Once these documents are filed you shouldn’t have any need to worry as the filing of the bankruptcy will automatically remove the ability of the creditors to pursue this or any other type of collection activity.
