back date student loans

My student loans will be 10 years old this year but filed bankruptcy in 2005. Can I back date my student loans into the bankrupsty.

Yes, you may apply to the Court once your student loans reach the 10 year mark to have them retro-actively included in the bankruptcy that you have already completed. Contact your trustee or an insolvency lawyer to tell you how to do this.
