selling my home

our home is in both mine and my girlfriends name and we want to sell it in may. i am currently in bankruptcy but my girlfriend is not. my trustee has an interest on the land tiitle. i will be discharged on may 9/07. what effect will this have on selling our home? will the trustee interest in the land title be removed when i’m discharged???
our home was recently valued at 33000-36000.

Unfortunately, you need to have this conversation with your trustee. If they have registered on title then your trustee must htink there may be equity in the property. In order to remove the registration your trustee will be expecting you t py them an amount equal to your share of the equity.
