Can Not Pay
I cannot pay what the court has ordered. What happens if I cannot pay? How long do I stay bankrupt? Can the court order garnishee against my income? Can creditors sue me?
thank you

If you cannot pay what the court has ordered you will stay in bankruptcy indefinitely. If you are working your pay cheque may be garnisheed, but more likely your trustee will be discharged, leaving you in bankruptcy and removing the Stay of Proceedings. Meaning your creditors will now be able to sue you for full payment of all outstanding debt and interest accrued.
The only other option is that you may make an application to court after 12 months from the date of your court order and try to demonstrate to the court that you have no reasonable ability of complying with the order in question. If successful the court may reduce the requirements imposed. (note: this isn’t normally an application that isn’t made via the trustee, as you probably would want someone to represent your interests).
