Trustee is opposing discharge

Due to an ongoing illness I have fallen behind on certain duties I was supposed to perform, and now my discharge is being opposed by the trustee. If I am able to catch up on these duties prior to a hearing, is the trustee likely to rescind his opposition?

Once an opposition is made and a court date is set, the trustee must take your file to court. However, if you are able to complete all your duties, normally the trustee would go to court and simply request you be discharged from bankruptcy.
