Leased Car

I have a leased car, i only have 5 mths left on my term, if I go bankrupt will I lose the car, my husband & I both need it to go to work.

In most circumstances, as long as you are up to date on your payments, lease vehicles are unaffected. Although, this is largely up to the lease holder (i.e. finance company), so the best thing to do is to contact a local trustee and he will have a much better idea how the major leasing companies react in your area.
